Details

Particularly friendly priced entry level model

Many of our customers and dealers asked us to develop a thinner, more flexible version of the successful HI POWER CORD. We added a second goal to this request: to develop a very moderately priced power cord giving a significant improvement over any standard power cord. These goals resulted in our LO POWER CORD. It is a high grade, thinner flexible cable with a diameter of 9 mm/0.35" that can be tucked away easily if needed. Also available with the 'figure 8' connector.

Punching well above its weight! Review by Michael
This cable has amazed me and I've only had it 2 days. Break in should take about a month..Natural instruments, voices without harshness or shrill, deep soundstage and black silent backdrop-all this for 80€ ?! It has easily outclassed my FP 3TS20 on my headphone amp. Makes me wonder how much marketing we pay for when buying well known cables. Very curious to compare the Reference cord against my American ref cable. Do not hesitate buy this - it is too good to use on your tv! (Posted on 5/26/2015)
Soundwise, it’s top notch too! Review by Tim van der Veen from Bunnik, the Netherlands (translated by JvP)
Good price/performance ratio. Thrilling to look at and with solid connectors which provide a tight grip. Soundwise, it’s top notch too! (Posted on 10/11/2013)
... the Low Power Cord really is in an another leage and clearly in a much higher class. Review by Roger Jansen from Amsterdam, the Netherlands (translated by JvP)
This is value for money to the extreme. Quite an experience to listen to. Both in terms of top to bottem coherency as stereo imaging. I connected it to my AA Maestro. Before, I used several DIY-like power cords as a reference, but the Low Power Cord really is in an another leage and clearly in a much higher class. (Posted on 10/11/2013)
...one is hard pressed to find anything better for this kind of money... Review by John van Impel from Utrecht, the Netherlands (translated by JvP)
Marvelous power cords. A big improvement that pleases me a lot and definitely justifies the investment (because one is hard pressed to find anything better for this kind of money). (Posted on 10/11/2013)
This really is an ultra musical cable! Review by Jaap Veenstra from Alblasserdam, the Netherlands (translated by JvP)
As a result of an extensive listening session at my dealer’s, the Supra and the Essential Audio power cords were rejected without a doubt. My choice was the Low Power Cord; for only 60 euros, this really is an ultra musical cable! Of course, there are nicer power cables out there, sure, but I can not strech my budget that wide. However, for the asking price, you won’t find anything better, period! (Posted on 10/11/2013)
... less “electronic” and more musical. Review by René Reppel from Geldermalsen, the Netherlands (translated by JvP)
In my system I’ve always had the Belden power cords which served me well. Then Ron Kemp persuaded me to try his on the basis of no cure, no pay. Ron did not claim too much: the sound instantly became less “electronic” and more musical. The separation of musical instruments is clearer now and even playing loudly does not result in a congested sound. (Posted on 10/11/2013)
This upgrade is in the same order of magnitude as a change in components worth tousands of dollars... Review by Hans de Lange from Nunspeet, the Netherlands (translated by JvP)
Ron Kemp made me a very special version of his Lo Power Cord, one that is terminated with Revox connectors for use with the active plasma tweeters of my Acapella Violoncello loudspeakers. This upgrade is in the same order of magnitude as a change in components worth tousands of dollars, guaranteed! If Ron had not been that persistent, I would never have tried this upgrade, for my dealer and even the manufacturer stated that it would have no effect whatsoever ... . (Posted on 10/11/2013)
